EDOCA is owned by Etsuko Wallace, a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant, who is a Graduate of the University of Ottawa and the Queen’s University Post Graduate Diploma in Immigration Law program and a member of the College of Immigration Consultants. Bryan Dunn is an international lawyer qualified in Canada and England. He advises on a broad range of corporate/M&A and cross-border investment transactions in Japan, elsewhere in the Asia-Pacific region, Canada and the U.S. He has over 20 years’ experience of advising on outbound M&A for Japanese corporations; inbound M&A for foreign corporations; cross-border joint ventures, and other multi-jurisdictional investment structures in various industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution and technology.

Kaori (Mick) Namiki has worked at Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan’s largest integrated business enterprise, for over 30 years. He was stationed in Vancouver as President and CEO of Mitsubishi Canada Ltd. for 5 years from April 2020 to March 2025. I joined CCCJ to maintain my network and my relationship with Canada and I would like to contribute to further strengthening and expanding Canada-Japan relations. I look forward to interacting and communicating with all members of CCCJ.

Darren Rogers Driven by a passion for international business, I’ve spent over 20 years in Japan, contributing to the growth of global brands like Red Bull, Nestle, Lexus, and Optimum Nutrition through strategic leadership, team building, revenue growth, and strong partnerships. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, and having also lived on Vancouver Island, I’ve called Nagoya, Osaka, and now Tokyo my home since being in Japan. At the CCCJ, I’m eager to connect with new people and help strengthen ties between the Japanese and Canadian business communities. I am looking forward to meeting you all.

Yoshi Ichida is back in his hometown, Kyoto, after four decades in Toronto. As Investment Advisor at JETRO Toronto he worked with the federal and provincial governments and corporations such as Magna, Linamar, Manulife, Bombardier, SNC-Lavalin and CGI. As an independent consultant he worked with Bioenterprises Guelph, Hatch Coffee, Canadian Growth Investments and Glomalin. For public service at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre and JCCC Aikikai, he received a Volunteer Award from the Ontario government.
